Hearing Testing and Evaluations
We perform diagnostic hearing testing and evaluations. The information from these tests will be used to determine if there is a hearing loss, the type and severity of your loss and whether you will benefit from hearing aids. Certain test results may require further testing and/or a medical referral.
Statistics of hearing loss
An estimated 28 million people suffer from hearing loss. Hearing loss is present in 30% of adults between the ages of 50-64 and 40% of adults 65 and older. Studies show that untreated hearing loss can lead to anxiety, depression, frustration and feelings of isolation. On average, someone waits 7 years to obtain help. The longer you wait to get help, the more challenges you will face.
Don’t be part of the hearing loss statistics, call or contact us today to schedule your initial hearing evaluation.
